Although I was pretty much trapped with the company that originally booked car transport with Malia, she did her very best to help me. She further provided me with education on how car transport dispatching works. I had come to expect customer service from transport companies, and she changed that. She was awesome. If I have transported my car any other cars in the future. I will contact her. Thanks again Malia!
