Felicia was great to work with . She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. She was in constant communication with me keeping me updated on the process. She coordinated both the pick up of my trade in car first, and then Drop off of my new car that was purchased. The entire process was seamless, especially considering that the locations were both in remote rural areas, and despite this she was able to find find a carrier relatively Quickly. In short, she is great at her job and she was great to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Future and I will definitely use her again for any future transportation needs.
