Let me start off by saying this was the most TRYING experience I’ve ever had. Now, just know the initial quote you get is not what you will be paying. They lure you in with low quotes and then they will tell you a driver wants X amount extra. Be prepared to pay upwards of $400 above whatever quote you’re given. The day I got my car loaded on the truck the driver said I have to pay him $200 or he’s not taking it because I had items in my car. Apparently my little 2 door coupe was too heavy. Next, on delivery a different driver calls me and states I have to give him an extra $100 for bringing the car back to me in good condition. I completely lost it. I cursed him out and told him he’s not getting a penny above the agreed upon price and to bring me my car!! The only good thing that happened was my car returned to me how I left it. But the blatant shady business tactics from the broker and the drivers made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Please be aware these drivers will attempt to swindle and hustle you out of more money b/c they know some people are desperate and need their cars shipped in a timely manner. Lastly, I will never use this company again and I urge you to follow suit.
