I had booked with another company a week before my scheduled ship date and on that date the company still hadn't assigned a carrier. So I canceled with that company and happen to call Lance about 10am. By 12pm, Lance had the shipment set up for later that day. He's completely transparent, does what he says he's going to do, and then follows up to make sure it went smoothly. He's a rare breed in this business. I'll definitely use him for all of my auto shipping needs.
