A couple of months ago, my husband and I decided to make a life change and retire to Florida. I started looking for movers and transporters for our furniture and cars. I went on line and submitted a request for a quote. Within hours I was inundated with text messages and solicitations. That was overwhelming. Then I received a call and I answered and this lovely lady on the phone was so nice. I told her I worked in a hospital and could we talk after I got home. Her name was Kim. Turns out her hours were the same as mine, so I didn't hold out much hope on connecting with her. She called me the next day (Friday) after 5 pm to talk to me about my car shipping needs. WOW! She had stayed late to work with me. I was so grateful and awed at this display of customer service. She definitely won my business. She gave me quotes, and was patient as I worked out all the other moving parts of the puzzle for this major move. She stayed in touch either by phone, text or email. She was patient with all of my questions. When it came time for the transport she worked with us step by step. The whole experience was seamlessly carried out. I have already recommended her to several friends that are also planning on moving their automobiles. I also told her that she was the reason that I chose this company Auto shipping group. Kudos to Kim for the best customer service I have experienced in years!
