I received excellent communication from Lance when I was looking to ship my Shelby GT350R across the country. He offered a fantastic rate for enclosed shipping and answered any questions I had promptly. Having shipped 3 cars across country over the last few years, I felt comfortable with what I was hearing. I decided to confirm with him and asked him to try and get a pick up date sooner than later. 2 hours after booking, Lance called and said he’d have the car picked up tonight and delivered 2 days sooner than I expected. The drivers were excellent with contacting me with their status and pick up went smoothly. The truck was very nice and had a elevator ramp for loading and unloading which ensured my low clearance sports car wouldn’t be damaged. Great job Lance! You stuck to your words and over delivered!
