Felicia of Auto Shipping Group, Inc. made my first time experience of shipping a vehicle easy & straight forward. This being the first time I’ve used this type of service, searching to find a reputable company who would ship a rather large investment was a bit nerve racking; I mean how do you really now that you can trust what’s on the internet today! Felicia took the time to explain how the process worked with transparency, unlike some of the other companies I had spoken with. She was very responsive to my questions and informative from the time we signed the order to us receiving our vehicle. She under promised and over delivered! From the vehicle arriving early to saving us a few dollars from the original quote, she executed perfectly!
