Kim was straightforward, pleasant and easy to deal with throughout the entire shipping process. She always answered my emails, calls and texts within moments and answered all questions to my satisfaction. On the day of delivery, when the transport driver requested that I travel over seven miles to pick up the car, I contacted Kim and within an hour the driver agreed to drive my car direct to my address. Truly door-to-door service. Speaking of which: a small criticism of Auto Shipping Group, the company (not Kim). Although like every other auto shipping firm you advertise door-to-door delivery -- and in fact the estimate I received before signing the contract promised "door-to-door" service -- there is a clause in the contract saying AGS reserves the right to request that upon delivery I travel up to five miles to pick up my car. I foolishly overlooked this clause and deeply appreciate that Kim saved me from my own carelessness. However -- I think it would be more honest and straightforward if this five-mile clause were given greater prominence on your website, in the estimate, and in the contract. It would be great if your agents were instructed to tell this verbally to clients before they sign as well. Again, this is a global criticism of an AGS marketing practice. Kim herself is a pleasure to deal with.

Kimberly@Autoshippinggroup.com 360-200-6854 CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL ME FOR A FREE QUOTE. I HAVE BEEN WITH OUR COMPANY 14 YEARS NOW! A+ ACCREDITED! Steve, Thank you for the review.. As to the "meeting of the carrier". They only reason you would need to meet a carrier most of the time is because there are city limitations that prevent a carrier getting directly to you, or if it is unsafe for the carrier to get directly to your door. In your case, because you lived in a certain area of Washington DC, the driver couldn't clear a bridge and there are city limitations that are put in place, so at no fault of the carrier. This carrier offered to drive your vehicle to you and then uber back. Most carriers are willing to do what they can especially with the pandemic going on. Also when your order is placed, I do ask that you check out the shipping invoice that we send you and look over the terms and ask any questions. So I did ask that you read them. In any event I am glad it all worked out and that you received your vehicle safely. Thank you again and Stay Healthy!
