Felicia was patient with me as I was ironing out a lot of details about my move. She kept in contact with me but not too much like a lot of other car shipping companies do. Juuuust enough to remind me I needed to get my car shipped. She was so helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Everything was very quick when I needed it to be. The driver Paulo called myself and the other people involved in receiving the car with updates on the transport. He was flexible and kind. I never felt out of the loop. I would definitely recommend Felicia and Auto Shipping Group to a friend, and if possible, Paulo as well. Thank you guys!
