This is the second time we have used Auto Shipping Group , and Felicia made the whole experience from start to finish extremely easy. She was on top of everything. She contacted me at every step from finding a tucking company for our 2 vehicles to meet that worked into our time frame, and contacting me to make sure the trucking company had contacted us and had arrived at the pick up location. She contacted us again to make sure they had picked up the autos and that everything had gone smoothly. She contacted me several times as the delivery was going to be delayed for one day, and kept us informed as to where the driver was at and when we should be expecting them at our scheduled drop off. She also contacted us after the delivery to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. Again, we are very pleased again, and will be using her again when we go back down this coming winter!!! Highly satisfied!!!
