I had a poor experience with ASG. They contracted a hauler who damaged my new car at delivery and on video. The hauler has refused to pay the claim so now I have to sue through small claims. ASG needs to do a better job of vetting the haulers. I paid them to find a reliable hauler, not some random guy with a trailer who took my money after damaging my car.
