Felecia was outstanding!!! Best customer service I have probably ever had. From our initial conversation she took charge and made every step of the shopping process easy. Her communication with updates from placing the order to destination was phenomenal. She provided a clear step process of how the orders are filled to insurance to drivers they selected. All of my questions were answered promptly. When I did leave messages for her they were returned within the hour! Customer service like that is hard to find. I truly felt that she cared about my vehicles as I do. THANK YOU FELECIA!!!
