Felicia helped move my Tacoma from Hawaii (Oahu) to Virginia. This involved coordination with Matson (ship portion) and the land carrier. Felicia walked me through every step and was always available via text, call, or email (very helpful because of our time difference). She coordinated phone calls with the carrier for payments, and dropoff/pickup information. I dropped the truck off at the port in Honolulu on March 4th and received the truck on April 1st. Felicia was constantly updating me and helped make this move much easier. Thank you Felicia!
