I worked with Kimberly and she was great at accommodating our needs. We had a little scheduling snafu, but Kimberly was able to roll with the changes and get a shipper for the time that we had to change to quickly and easily. There was a little issue with the driver, from Golden Empire Express, as I was expecting to be notified at least 24 hours prior to delivery, but I was notified only 2 hours before he wanted to deliver the vehicle. I was still at work, but luckily, I was able to leave a bit early. The driver said he'd be there at 4p, but didn't arrive until about 8:30p. I rushed home for no reason.

Sorry he didn't give you more notice than that. Carriers give notice of 2-24 hours but most give a call the day before just to check in, so I apologize for that.
