Nicole in the office was wonderful she explained things very well and kept telling me if I had questions to please contact her. The guy that transported the truck was great (terrible with names). They were on time with both pick up and transport. The cost was a bit more than the initial quote. We needed the truck there quickly. If we had been willing to wait it out then maybe could have done it for the quote. Our pluck and drop off locations were off the beaten path which did not help. Did not mind the extra couple hundred dollars. Peace of mind is priceless!
