Not only was Felicia prompt, she was positively supersonic in her responsiveness to my initial call, my request for scheduling, and texting up to the minute info on the pick up and delivery. She was equally responsive and pleasant with my daughters, who were in California to receive the car. Her explanations regarding what was needed, whom to contact for each question, and other matters were clear and easily understood. Her phone manners are warm, polite and to the point. I wish every service call I made was handled with her professionalism and evident care and pride in her work.
