Our experience was extremely nice and easy. We had never shipped a car before. Arnold answered all of our questions and was communicative and responsive. In the end, we realized we didn’t know what questions to ask. The only thing that could have been helpful to know was that the car could be delayed. Our car arrived four days late and it came as a shock to us that this was even possible. But like I said, we didn’t ask that. I wish we had been told.
