Overall it was great service. It was my first time having to use an auto shipping company and, aside from a little issue with pre-authorizing my cc, I thought it went well. Lance was informative and assisted me in finding a driver very fast. Carlos, the driver, was awesome, he went above and beyond to help place the vehicle on the truck. Thank you.
