Heidi was excellent to deal with and was very patient in working with us as we tried to figure out how to best ship my son's car to him 1300+ miles away. The original price we were quoted more than doubled when it came to actually booking a carrier, so we were very hesitant in actually going through with the shipment. Heidi was able to talk us through the process and never made us feel pressured. The driver we eventually went with cost way more money than I was expecting but he was great - showed up on time and delivered the vehicle several days ahead of what he promised. He was also willing to work around our son's work schedule and arranged for a pick up location a day earlier than my son anticipated. The car was in excellent condition when it arrived. I would highly recommend working with Auto Shipping Group - and particularly with Heidi!
