This was my first time shipping a vehicle and Felicia was informative and very easy to speak with. She explained the process and provided a quote. I agreed. The shipper picked up my Dodge Ram 2500 truck on date and time agreed upon. Both Felicia and driver informed me at every step from pre pick up, to pick up, during transportation, 10 mins out and drop off. It was dropped off on agreed date/time. Couldn’t of asked for better service and do highly recommend! Best part, the price came in $100 under quote.
