The service at auto shipping group is extremely poor. Kimberley did not know when my truck was picked up or received. When I requested information it would take hours to even full days to receive an update. I specifically asked not to have my truck delivered late at night but it ended showing up at my front door at 1015 at night. On top of this frustration my truck showed up damaged with two huge scratches in the leather seat. Of course auto shipping group won’t fix the seat let alone return my calls. Save money and go directly with a transport company. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

Kimberly@Autoshippinggroup.com 360-200-6854 CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL ME FOR A FREE QUOTE. I HAVE BEEN WITH OUR COMPANY OVER 10 YEARS NOW! A+ ACCREDITED!, Nate, I'm sorry you feel this way but let me clear the picture for others reading this review. Your order was place on the 11th of Jan at 650 am, a carrier was found to pick up the 15th at 7:11 am. You signed the Terms and Conditions at 7:31 on the 11th, which is after you were informed a carrier had been secured for your time frame to hit delivery of the 17th/18th only. So to say it took hours or days to get updates, information is incorrect. Your vehicle was picked up and delivered in a 3 day period. Your vehicle was picked up the 15th, and the driver was in NJ on the 17th, your vehicle was delivered to CT the 18th. As for the damages, I have told you that the carriers do not inspect the interior of the vehicle when they inspect the vehicle. You asked me questions about the insurance when we started and it was stated that its for the exterior of the vehicle. You also signed the terms and conditions which means you read them and understand that only the exterior of the vehicle is covered. Below is what our terms state about damage: 9. Auto Shipping Group Inc. or its agents will not be responsible for vandalism, acts of God (fire, flooding, hail, sand storm, tornadoes, earthquakes) or objects flying from the road or sky during transport. Shippers should maintain their own insurance for these reasons. Enclosed transport is available at a higher price if necessary to ensure the condition of the vehicle. 10. Shipper is responsible for preparing the vehicle(s) for transport, all loose parts fragile or protruding accessories, low hanging spoilers, fog lights, antennas, etc., must be removed and/or properly secured. Any part that falls off in transit is shipper’s responsibility, including damages done by said part to any and all vehicles involved. 11. If damage should occur, all moneys owed for transport must be paid to initiate a claim. Damage must be noted in the proper place on the bill of lading, and signed by driver and shipper, regardless of weather, or time of day. Signing the bill of lading without any notation of damage verifies that shipper or his agent has received the said vehicle in good condition, and that Auto Shipping Group Inc. and its agents are relieved of any further responsibility. Shipper or his agent MUST check vehicle thoroughly. 12. Auto Shipping Group Inc. and its agents must also be notified of any damage by phone within 24 hours. Shipper must submit in writing a description of damage, clear pictures, and 2 estimates within 10 days of receipt of said vehicle directly to the designated carrier for any resolution to be initiated. Auto Shipping Group Inc. will support you in this effort should such a problem occur, but in no way will Auto Shipping Group Inc. accept responsibility for any negligence of the assigned carrier. If your vehicle is valued at a higher than market rate, we suggest you purchase a special insurance rider OR pursue the enclosed transport option You sent me the inspection report today, and I responded to you that I would request the insurance. So for you to say I haven't been responding is false. I have text messages showing otherwise. You then sent me a message after hours tonight.. I have replied to that as well and its 9:45 PST, so again false that I am replying to you. There was nothing noted from you to me that you didn't want deliver after dark. If so it would have been noted. It just stated delivery the 17/18th only. If you were that uncomfortable with an evening delivery, you could have told the carrier to wait until morning and they would have done so. No ASG is not responsible for the damages done to your vehicle because we are not in possession of your vehicle as it states in our terms that you again.. signed. I'm sorry you feel that we are not cooperating, but I assure you we are doing everything we can as quickly as we can. When I have more information I will let you know.
