After this transport was promptly set up by Felicia Williams at Auto Shipping Group I was happy to get a call AND see an informative email describing
the process. This was important as I have infrequent need for vehicle transport. Felicia was both patient and professional.
The transport driver and his equipment were capable for the safe delivery of my vehicle. And the driver was polite and courteous.
The vehicle arrived a day after originally stated only due to some very difficult winter weather coming from western NY. This was completely
acceptable to me. I will be glad to send any additional business to ASG when required in the future. Thanks again.
