This was the first time I've shipped a car and, on top of that, it was a new car purchased in NJ shipped to CA.I was not impressed with the myriad of shippers with poor reviews, their aggressive marketing to me when I expressed interest, and their disinterest in providing direct and honest answers to my newbie questions. I was worried. That changed when I contacted Auto Shipping Group (ASG) and spoke to Julie Johnston who patiently answered my questions and set my mind somewhat at ease ("somewhat" because there was still an unknown shipper involved). The price range quoted for shipping and ASG fees seemed reasonable, as did the time frame. The shipper turned out to be communicative, competent, careful and on-time. My new car arrived unscathed (if not, understandably, a wee bit dirty from the open carrier) and the transaction with them at the destination went perfectly.
