Felicia Williams was my customer service reprehensive/broker and she has done an amazing job. Her constant updates via text, email and calls have kept me in the loop on the location of my vehicle throughout its journey. All documents were Dummy proofed for me so there were no errors or unnecessary emails back and forth. She allotted me ample time to complete any documents which showed me she is very organized and has great time management skills. Due to my great experiences with the company and staff I would not choose or recommend another company. A+ Auto Shipping Group, Inc.
