I had a wonderful experience with Heidi at Auto Shipping Group! I had my car scheduled for shipping with a different company months in advance that ended up dropping the ball the day I was scheduled for pick up. I called Heidi in a panic looking for a way to ship my car within 48 hours. She was able to accommodate my request and found me a carrier that same day for pick up on the following. Heidi explained to me the ins and outs of car shipping and made sure I understood every step of the process. She was honest, reliable, and very easy to get a hold of. I was very impressed with her customer service and will use this company again and again!
