This was my first time using an auto transport service. The first person that contact me and I gave the contract to was very unprofessional and never communicated with me. When Kimberly contacted me her sincerity is what prompt me to try again. From the first contact, Kimberly explained the process and was easily reached either by phone, text or email. Her contact with me didn't stop after securing my contract, she made contact with me daily until pick up. First impressions can make or break an organization. Kimberly is an asset to to Auto Shipping group and because of her I would use this organization again, if needed.

The carrier was also professional and communicated throughout the pickup process and with the person to whom the vehicle was delivered to.
