The entire process was fairly seamless. Once I did the research, Auto Shipping Group stood out. They had an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, which was comforting to my 83 year old mother whose car was being shipped. Felicia became the contact person and to say she was terrific is an understatement. While my mom was developing anxiety, given the time between the contract date and shipping date, Felicia kept me apprised of the process. She kept things calm, everything went as she said. 10 days in advance of shipping date, driver reached out and final paperwork was completed online. The pickup went very smoothly and driver was helpful, polite and courteous. The car was dropped off 2 days early and my mother was thrilled and impressed with the courtesy of the driver. For anyone looking to ship a car long distance, whether experienced or brand new at this, I would absolutely use Auto Shipping Group and ask for Felicia.
