Having never shipped a vehicle before, I was very nervous. I was trying to ship an older/special car to the Florida Keys and after talking to several companies was starting to think it wasn't going to work out, until I contacted Wendy. She assured me that she could get the job done, and she sure did. I heard from her several times a day before and during the process with updates and reassurance. I feel that her involvement made the experience less stressful. I will definitely contact her again for future jobs and recommend her to anyone who needs assistance.
