Kimberly provided excellent customer service! She was able to explain to me how the truck transport system works and was honest and sincere. She was prompt in returning my calls and texts, which with my busy schedule was most appreciated. Kimberly was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt that she truly wanted to give me the best service possible. The rate that I was quoted was also fair and realistic. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the shipping of the truck due to a totally unexpected tax bill (Yikes!), so the truck transport had to go on hold until I can regroup financially. Kimberly was also most helpful with this process, even though her company was not going to be able to do business with me at this time. I am confident that by October, I should be able to afford to once again make arrangements to ship the truck to my daughter in Utah. I definitely plan to keep Kimberly's number, and I will call her directly to make arrangements for transport. As a teacher, I give Kimberly an A+ in my grade book!
