This was our first time shipping a car. Working with this company, and specifically Felicia, was very easy. She was professional, walked us through the entire process, responded to all our questions, and kept us updated throughout. After arranging a pickup date, Felicia noted a carrier that could pick up our car 5 days early and deliver it to the destination in only 2 days. She called us immediately to offer us the option. That was a real bonus! The carrier also was professional and the car arrived exactly as we sent it. This company was not the lowest quote that we received, but we chose to use them after talking to several representatives because of the level of expertise that Felicia conveyed. We were not disappointed with our decision.
