We reached out to Lance after having unsuccessful shipment execution by another company. He was honest and upfront. He immediately told us that our quote was too low and our best option was to raise our quote and look at all possible options. Within two hours he contacted us back with an enclosed truck availability for our priority ONE shipment day. The driver contacted us within 24 hours to arrange pickup and Lance followed up to insure our vehicle arrived safely. I will be recommending Lance to all my military friends that need to have their vehicles shipped! He was a pleasure to work with:)
