Felicia was extremely pleasant and responsive the entire time during the process of getting an auto shipper to transport the car. The shipping was delayed for weeks because of a difficulty in finding a shipper for the originally quoted price of $675 but when the price was raised to $870 a shipper became available on short notice. Felicia reduced her fee to help me out since the overall price went up . Her brokerage fee was reduced from $210 to $170 so my overall cost was $870 and that was fair when I looked at other companies that perform the same service. Felicia always was in touch with me the entire time and was extremely nice and explained everything about the process. She was a delight to talk with and kept me informed the entire time via email as well. She is a great asset to the company.
