I originally hired a different company. They were to pick up the vehicle on a Friday. It sat there... Friday, Saturday, Sunday... No one called or returned my calls. Finally on Monday I heard something but it still sat there. Tuesday I still heard nothing so I cancelled it and called Auto Shipping Group. I talked with Felicia who explained how everything worked and helped me a lot. She communicated really well through the whole process, calling or texting me with information and e-mailing me everything I needed. She found someone to pick up my vehicle the next day. But then they cancelled because they were no longer going that way. She kept searching and found someone the very next day to pick it up that day! So it still left on Wednesday. I was told it would be here Friday, but it showed up early on Thursday evening. Even better! So thankful I decided to get rid of UFirst Auto Transport or my vehicle would probably still be sitting there while no one answered the phone or returned my calls! I would definitely use this company again! Thank you Felicia! You turned my move around into a positive experience. :)
