In general it was a decent experience. Customer service was okay, after receiving a quote and trying to follow up a few times, I called the main line and spoke to Tom Elliot and found out that Kimberly was sick which was why she wasn't able to contact me. Thomas was able to finalize the rest of the process for me without any issues.

In terms of the shipper, I was very anxious when he picked up my car. When trying to put it on the back of the truck, he wasn't able to drive it up the ramp (it's a manual transmission). He tried 5 or 6 times and started burning up my clutch, so much so that smoke was billowing out from the front of the car and you could smell the odor of the clutch. I told him to stop and I ended up driving it up the ramps myself to put it on the carrier.

I was flying out to Dallas and told him I'd only be able to pick up the car on a certain date and he ended up dropping off the car at my new house in Dallas 2 days early and leaving the keys in the mailbox. I didn't mind too much because my car was there when I arrived, I was just worried about his ability to get the car off of the carrier.

All in all, I would ship with ASG again, but I hope I don't get the same carrier. The customer service was good, but I was anxious the entire time my car was away from me.

Maneer, I am so sorry that I got sick during your experience but I am so glad that Tom was able to help you. Next time we transport we will avoid this carrier. Sorry to hear they had troubles with your vehicle at pick up. If there is anything else I can do please let me know!
