Brandon was very upfront with the process. The cost was in the range I was expecting, so no surprises. He kept in touch from beginning to end. The shipping company was also prompt with giving me updates on the pick-up and I was in direct contact with the driver regarding the drop off. It only took 3 1/2 days from pick-up to drop-off going 2,500 miles. While the car was a bit dirty, it got delivered in the exact condition it was picked up in (e.g. no scratches or other marks).
