Everyone has read the horror stories of auto shipping. Any driver from any company will have to coordinate with multiple people on pickup times, some are available some aren't, this slows down the process. The same has to happen on the delivery. The driver cant leave your state and get to mine without dropping off your car first, so if you don't answer your phone my car is late. Understand that this is not a perfect business and you will be just fine. JJ Auto Transport was the actual company who was assigned my transport. Shipment was to take 7-10 days from pickup. Pick up was late but I was warned about that going in. When he did arrive he was polite and careful.I was also warned the shipment could be late but the driver took exactly 7 days to reach me in Southern California from Maine. Well done. I did not have much interaction with the broker. A couple months prior I spoke with Malia and Lance in detail about the process. They were very knowledgeable and told me what to expect and they were spot on. After I was assigned a transporter i dealt with the driver of JJ Auto Trans directly. He was great.

If you want to have a successful transport follow these steps.
1) Stay away from Auto Transport 123 (they are scum, they still prank call me and gave my information away all over the internet)
2) Have flexibility in your pick up date. Schedule it days ahead of your personal deadline.
3) Use Auto Shipping Group (they are honest)
4) Get a rental and wait for your car to be delivered. It may be late, may be early but it will come and you didn't have to drive it there.
