First time shipper and was very nervous about what to expect. I called Auto Shipping Group Inc to compare estimates that I had received from other companies & spoke to Lance who was exceptionally patient & knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he did and the process. None of the other companies did this! I received an estimate and he was very upfront about all cost and advised he would work to find a carrier for the estimate amount and explained that if it was different not to worry because we had options. Lance did find one who was a little more then what I wanted to pay he took the amount from his fee. ( He previously had given me options of looking for another and countering if i was not satisfied ) All information about the shipping was up front. He assured me it didn't matter how many questions I had, that he was there to help. When he was out of the office, I was able to talk with other representatives who was knowledgeable and answered the questions I had. Thanks Kim & Mali! Even the Carrier (Transcendent Enterprise Inc) made us feel comfortable about the shipping. The car was picked up and delivered on time and the transaction went smoothly. Very happy to have worked with Lance!!
