Felicia Williams who is the Senior Account Executive at Auto Shipping Group, Inc. provided high quality, TOP notch customer service during my vehicle transport from Hawaii to Alabama.

As a member of the United Stated military, I've shipped my vehicle numerous times- however, I've never encountered the level of professionalism, dedication, and responsiveness that I received with working with Felicia Williams. Felicia went above and beyond as it relates to keeping me abreast of the transportation process. Felisha kept me well informed through out the entire transport. I was extremely impressed with her level of knowledge/expertise and promptness.

Felisha Williams provided "First Class" customer service and she also saved me $150 on my transport.

I would definitely recommend Felisha Williams at Auto Shipping Group, Inc to the military community and "anyone" who is in need of a vehicle transportation company.
