Felicia arranged to ship my Toyota Camry from Tampa FL, to Newark DE.
She was prompt in responding to my inquiry. She explained the shipping process patiently to me, since I was not familiar. She provided me a reasonable quote.
Followup paperwork was conveniently done over my smartphone. She was able to locate the transporter within a day. Pickup was done promptly on schedule. I was kept updated through text messages to my phone. The vehicle was delivered in a covered truck at the planned location in Newark, DE 3 days ahead of schedule. It was in perfect condition. There was prompt followup from Felicia after the delivery to ascertain all went well.
I am impressed with promptness and proficiency in Felicia's service for auto shipping. Her ability to work closely with the customer helped. Will not hesitate to use her service again.
