Since this was my first time shipping a vehicle I was a bit apprehensive dealing with someone out or state. However, Felicia was terrific. This is honestly one of the best customer service experiences that I've ever had. Pick up was right on time, and delivery was super fast. Felicia was constantly in contact with me and gave me status ever step of the way. In addition, the driver called me a day in advance of delivery (as promised) and then again 20 minutes before delivery (as promised). Super, super communications throughout every step of the way! All-in-all a fabulous experience. I will definitely use ASG again to transport my vehicle. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job or taking better care of me and my car. A+++
