I called Malia practically in tears after dealing with another company that completely misquoted me and was pressuring me to use drivers that were $200-$300+ more than agreed upon. She was truly a breath of fresh air! I felt heard and she patiently informed me more about the process and what to expect. She made my needs more important than "making the sale" and she was incredibly responsive and clear in her communication. She was true to her word every step up the way. And in an industry where integrity can be questionable, I feel like she was a gift from the Angels. If you want someone reliable and knowledgeable to put your faith in, choose her. I am going to recommend her to any friend that wants to go through the process of transporting their car!
