Good experience overall. Samantha Taylor was responsive and quick to reach out if any problems occurred. Easy to talk to as well. Delivery was 3 days late but that wasn't Samantha's fault at all (or the truck driver's - he ran into mechanical issues in Kansas). Might have been an issue had I not had a car here already but we had driven up one ourselves so no biggie.
