This was my first time to ever ship a car using a carrier. I came across the AGS website after hiring and firing a previous company that still had not made any progress with shipping my vehicle after 13 days. I spoke with Felicia in the morning and my vehicle was picked up by that night. She was a tremendous help and made the entire process simple and easy. She went out of her way to make sure I was updated throughout the whole process... even during her time off. I so wish I would have found this company and Felicia 13 days prior and saved myself a lot of aggravation and wasted time. I am very thankful for all of her help. She was a huge blessing!
