Brenda was very helpful. My complaint is that the truck came before, and I was stranded in LA without a car because the truck did not come within the time period I specified. The trucker stated it would take 4-5 business days and it took longer. The car had no previous issues before loading, however, after a drive around the corner, a leak occurred, which may have been caused by the way the car was loaded on the truck.
