Felicia did an amazing job. I liked that she kept in touch using texts email and phone which alleviated some of the stress. The car arrived in perfect shape. Without Felecia's support I might have chickened out and not transported my car. The guys who picked up my car and dropped it off were very professional and kept to the scheduled time. Amazing since the car traveled all the way across the us and they used straps not chains
