Ms. Kimberly showed patience, attentiveness, & gave clear and open communication. She just had a warm calming presence to her that reassured me she would take care of me. The first 2 drivers canceled but with her perfect time management skills and persistence, her goal was to make sure I was satisfied and I AM. 3rd carrier was GREAT Thanks to you all for a successful pick up and delivery and overall exceptional customer service. :)
