This was my first experience shipping a vehicle via common carrier. Over several days I spoke with a number of "brokers". Most of these conversations left me dissatisfied and uncomfortable. An earlier conversation was with Lance and he had provided the most detail of procedures and seemed to understand what I was going through. I returned to Lance following a conversation with another broker that I knew I did not want to do business with. I guess one just need to feel comfortable with the broker.
Once agreeing to do business together, Lance went to work on finding the appropriate transport carrier. I told him that an expedited shipment was not necessary, but I did want the vehicle enclosed for the 1300 mile trip. Within an hour or two the carrier was identified, the next day the vehicle was picked up and delivery was made two days later.
Absolutely perfect service from my perspective. Lance remained in contact with the driver and updated me, as necessary. I know I will worry again the next time I ship a vehicle, but will begin the process with Lance and Auto Shipping Group.
