This is our second vehicle from Georgia to Hawaii, and Felicia did wonderful job from booking in Georgia to receiving in Hilo, HI. There was a small hiccup at the receiving, but Felicia fixed it right away! She kept us updated every few days, and always available when I called for a very small question. Car was dirty when I received, but I think it is what it is since driving across the country and then across the ocean! If we need to send another vehicle, I would definitely call Felicia, and I would recommend anyone to call her for any vehicle transfer. Thank you, Felicia!!
