Great customer service and follow through. Polite and concerned over the phone, called back when he said he would. Pick up driver didn't communicate when scheduled. Called Lance after hours, picked up and returned call, coordinated with pick up driver, followed through, made sure car was delivered to destination.There every step of the way. Although we was the transport service coordinator, he took ownership of the process and had the ability to get things happening at all times. Top of the line.
