I have to say that without a doubt this was overall an excellent experience. I had never shipped a vehicle before. I had contacted 2 other carriers and they seemed OK but just didn't seem on the ball. That's what you want when you do something like this. Someone who is on the ball. Your really out there with something like this. putting all of your trust in a company to handle your precious belongings, like a new vehicle.
I contacted Auto Shipping Group, it was my 3rd call, I didn't want to contact to many folks, and after a few minutes with speaking to Julie Johnston, I know that she meant what she said and was a professional who was going to do her best to see that I had a positive experience with the transport of my vehicle.
Julie explained everything in great detail so that I could understood how all of this was going to unfold. And you know what, it all happened just as Julie said. The car was picked up from Texas and delivered to Ohio in 3 days. All with absolutely no issues and total communication along the way. It was just a very good experience.
